The PSYBANK product developed by Psikonet, which includes features usable by both physicians and patients, processes personal data of user physicians and patients entered into the system in order to fulfill its functions. As Psikonet, all requirements within the scope of legislation on the protection of personal data are fulfilled. In this context, all personal data related to user privacy is processed and stored. Considering that the same data is also processed by the relevant physician and/or the institution where the physician works, and that these parties are also responsible for the security of such data, the data collected and processed by Psikonet as Data Controller is processed within the following scope:

1. Collection, Processing, and Purposes of Data Processing by Psikonet

Through Psikonet applications, personal data belonging to users is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through automatic or non-automatic methods, via websites, online services, and similar means. Sensitive personal data, particularly health data, as well as general personal data may be processed by Psikonet. In this context;

Name, surname, national ID number, place and date of birth, marital status, gender, and other identity data; address, phone number, email address, and other contact data, payment information; information obtainable through electronic or non-electronic methods; general and sensitive personal data, particularly personal health data obtained during all medical diagnoses, examinations, and treatments; health and identity data transmitted through the application may be processed. Personal data may also be processed when the application is used or when web pages are visited.

Other personal data, including sensitive personal data, may be processed for purposes including but not limited to: protection of public health; medical diagnosis, treatment, and care services in the broadest sense of medical practice; analysis for health services and public health; research; billing; identity verification; fulfilling legal requirements under applicable legislation and sharing data in this context; analysis for the development of Psikonet applications and services and storage of health data; preservation of health data information required to be stored under applicable legislation; measurement of user opinions; and conducting, developing, researching, and similar purposes related to medical diagnosis, treatment, and similar services.

In this context, personal data may be transferred to Psikonet or contracted institutions and kept under protection in both digital and physical environments.

2. Transfer of Personal Data

Personal data may be shared through the PSYBANK application with user patients and user physicians in the physician-patient relationship, laboratories, medical centers, and third parties providing health services when deemed necessary, third parties from whom Psikonet receives consultancy, and official authorities when a legal obligation exists. In addition to Psikonet's responsibilities regarding the protection and confidentiality of personal data it receives, the responsibilities of the physician and the healthcare institution where they work regarding all confidentiality and personal data protection continue separately and outside the scope of Psikonet's responsibility due to legal obligations.

3. Method and Legal Basis

Personal data is collected verbally, in writing, or electronically through the application used, in accordance with the purposes stated above. In particular, since the data belonging to patients is also processed by the relevant physician and/or the institution where the physician works, these parties also have legal responsibilities regarding the security of data for the portion they process.

4. User Rights Regarding Personal Data Protection

Under applicable legislation; users have the rights to: learn whether personal data is being processed; request information about processed personal data and request such data; learn the purpose of personal data processing and whether data is used in accordance with its purpose; know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad; request correction of incomplete or incorrect personal data; object to outcomes arising from analysis of processed data that are against the individual; and request compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing of personal data;

PSYBANK users have the right to request anonymization through the application and to delete records associated with scale data created through this application. PSYBANK is an application used by both physicians and patients. If a physician anonymizes their own data, the physician's data will be anonymized; however, unless the patient requests deletion of their own data, the patient's scale data, medical and personal data may be retained by the patient account and may be shared with another physician. If the patient anonymizes their data, the patient data collected through the application will be completely anonymized, and from that point on, neither Psikonet, the user physician, nor even the user patient will have the ability to access the deleted data again.

5. Data Security

As "Psikonet," personal data is meticulously protected within the provisions of legislation using the most secure techniques available.
